alsionThe clean room belongs to the University of Southern Denmark and is situated in Sønderborgs regional Center for science education and culture ALSION.

In these unique surroundings the university has established a center for micro and nanotechnology NanoSYD to support all clean room activities. In December 2008 the clean room was inaugurated and can now offer a wide range of processing facilities as well as testing facilities.
